This was the motto that inspired the schlaf im Stroh! pioneers – and continues to motivate the association today.

We are proud to say that the schlaf im Stroh! idea has really taken hold in Switzerland's tourist industry and proven to be a highly popular venture. It is thanks to the enthusiasm, flexibility, dynamism and inventiveness of our host families that the idea of offering a unique bed and breakfasting experience on a farm has really taken off.

Our vision:

-We want lots of visitors from Switzerland and abroad to enjoy our unique bed and breakfast experience at participating farms
